Ribeye Steak with Smoked Paprika Dry Rub

Ingredients
1/2 Teaspoon Milford Spice Company Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Milford Spice Company Cracked Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Milford Spice Company Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Milford Spice Company onion powder
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1 medium thick cut ribeye steak
1/2 clove minced garlic clove
Directions
Allow steak to come to room temperature
In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic, spices and olive oil
Rub steak well with spice blend
We love the Alton Brown style cooking method with the cast iron pan:
Place cast iron pan in oven and heat until oven is 500 degrees. While leaving oven on, remove pan from oven and place on stove over high heat.
Sear steak for thirty seconds per side and return to oven.
Cook an additional 3-5 minutes to produce a medium rare steak
Remove from oven, you may tent with aluminum foil and let rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving
