Ingredients

4 Thin Cut Flat Iron Steaks

2 Teaspoons Milford Spice Company Mark's Espresso Rub II

2 tablespoons butter

1 garlic clove

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil

 

Directions

Coat steaks lightly with olive oil and rub with MSC Mark's Espresso Rub II to taste, set aside

In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic.  Cook until tender, (3-4 minutes).  Add 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon MSC Mark's Espresso Rub II, and 2 tablespoons balsamic.  Allow to reduce by half.

Cook steaks over hot grill until desired temperature is reached (we enjoy 3 minutes per side over high heat)

Slice steaks and spoon sauce.   Serve immediately.
